How can I end the suspension of a standing order?
If a standing order is already suspended for a certain time period and you want to end the suspension prematurely, enter this in Global Payment Plus as follows.
- Click in the navigation of Global Payment Plus on the item "Orders" and there on "Standing orders". All existing standing orders are displayed in this overview.
- In the line of the standing order for which you want to stop the suspension, click on the three dots at the right end and then on "Deactivate suspension".
- The date of the next execution according to the regular execution interval is displayed.
- Click on "To approval" and approve the change with the photoTAN.
