How can I make an Instant Payment (real-time transfer)?
You can enter SEPA Instant Payments via the SEPA credit transfer input screen in Global Payment Plus. To do so, follow the steps below.
In Global Payment Plus
- Click on "New order" in Global Payment Plus and select "SEPA credit transfer".
- Select the ordering party account.
- Activate the selection "Instant Payment" under "Execution Type".
- The execution time is automatically set to the next half hour. You can adjust the time and execution day to a date in the future if required.
- Complete the transfer information and finalise the order by signing it with the photoTAN.
Further Information
- Instant payments can be used throughout the SEPA area and have an amount limit of €100,000 per transaction.
- The execution time is usually 10 seconds after the payment has been submitted to the clearing.
