How can I update my user keys?
When you update your user keys in Global Payment Plus, the application generates a new authentication and encryption key and transmits it after your approval to the bank access.
In Global Payment Plus
- Select the menu item "Bank access" under "Administration" in Global Payment Plus.
- In the line of the bank access for which you want to update your user keys, click on the three dots at the right end and then click on "Update electronic user keys".
- Click "Confirm" to update your user keys for the selected bank access in Global Payment Plus. Confirm the update by approving it with a photoTAN.
- Once the key update has been released by your photoTAN, the update is complete. The updated user keys are now used in Global Payment Plus.
- You can view the current details of the user keys at any time in the menu "Administration" of bank accesses.
