Where can I enter or change company details?

You can create company profiles in Global Payment Plus under a client ID and then link them to one or more accounts. If the account is later used in a payment order, the ordering party data is automatically prefilled with the company details. To enter or change a company profile, proceed as follows.
  1. In Global Payment Plus, under "Administration", select the menu item "Bank accesses".
  2. In the line of the bank access for which you want to edit the company details, click on the three dots at the right end and then on "Display bank access". Alternatively you can click on the line of the bank access.
  3. Go to the tab "Customer profile".
  4. Via "Add company details" you can create a new company profile and link it to one or more accounts. Via the pencil icon you can edit a saved profile and adjust the assigned accounts.
