Why should I print my initialisation letter again?

If you have already printed the initialisation letter but have not confirmed successful printing in Global Payment Plus, you will be prompted to print it again for the bank access concerned. In this case, proceed as follows.
  1. In Global Payment Plus, under "Administration", select the menu item "Bank accesses".
  2. In the line of the bank access concerned, click on the three dots at the right-hand end and then on "Display bank access". Alternatively, you can also simply click on the line of the bank access.
  3. Click on "Print initialisation letter", but do not print out the letter again.
  4. Confirm that the printout has been made.
  5. Click on "Retrieve bank parameters". You receive confirmation that the initialisation of the bank access was successful.
