How can I suspend a standing order?

You can suspend existing standing orders in Global Payment Plus as follows. The standing order will then be paused for the recorded time and will then be executed again.
  1. In the navigation of Global Payment Plus, click on the item "Orders" and then on "Standing orders". All existing standing orders are displayed in this overview.
  2. In the line of the standing order you want to suspend, click on the three dots at the right end and then on "Suspend".
  3. Select how many executions are to be suspended. The corresponding date of the next execution is displayed.
  4. Click on "Apply payment".
  5. Click then on "To approval" and approve the suspension with the photoTAN.
