How do I see payments in the order history that were set via a service data centre?
For orders placed via a service data centre (SDC), only the signature provided can be displayed in the order history. To display the signature, a setting in the filter criteria is necessary.
- In Global Payment Plus, select the menu item "Order history" under "Orders" in the navigation.
- Click on "Filter" and then on "More filters".
- Activate the selection for "Show DES orders" and confirm this via the button "Apply filter".
